Per Gulløv Lundh Eeg

Per is passionate about developing the welfare society in interaction between civil society, the private sector and the public sector. Per's mission is to help realize the potential of collaboration across these three spheres - preferably with digitalization as a lever.

Per has extensive management experience as a manager of employees, manager of managers and as a top manager from KL, the state and the private sector. In addition, Per has held board positions in an independent special institution (chairman) and a theater.

Per also has extensive experience as a consultant. Prior to joining LEAD, Per had his own consulting company, and before that he was head of 128 consultants in Devoteam Management Consulting, and he has also been a consultant in KL's consulting company KLK (now Komponent).

Per has advised the state, regions, municipalities, the utility sector, member organizations and a few private companies. His specialties are leadership, strategy, digital transformation and everyday digitalization. He is particularly skilled at getting professional leaders to understand what digitalization leadership is and how to fulfill this leadership role.

In his private life, Per is a family man, avid cyclist, art collector and literature lover.
