Purpose of processing
As a natural part of the administration of the customer relationship between you and LEAD - enter next level, we process a number of personal data about you. This is for the general purpose of administering your customer relationship with LEAD - enter next level and fulfilling the contractual relationships entered into between you and LEAD - enter next level. If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your personal data based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter. In addition, we collect information about you using cookies when you visit our website. We do this in order to provide our visitors with a user-friendly website.
The information collected
LEAD - enter next level collects the information necessary to fulfill the processing purposes. LEAD - enter next level uses a number of data processors/sub-processors for storage and processing of data. This includes E-conomics, Web CRM, Google, LVI and Effect.
These process data solely on behalf of LEAD - enter next level and may not use it for their own purposes. We only use data processors that can provide your data with adequate protection and the processing is based on a data processing agreement between the data processor and LEAD - enter next level.
Your rights
You always have the right, upon request, to know what information LEAD - enter next level holds about you. If the information held by LEAD - enter next level is incorrect, incomplete or misleading, you have the right to have the information corrected, completed or deleted.
If you wish to obtain, change or delete the information we hold about you, please contact us at kontakt@lead.eu. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days.
You also have the option to complain about the processing of data to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
