LEAD A/S and LEAD Society ApS terms and conditions for courses, training, networking and certification.


General

LEAD Society provides a subscription-based online service at www.lead.eu. The Terms are between the individual user and LEAD Society.

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between LEAD Society and one natural person (hereinafter the "User") regarding the Service. Only persons who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Denmark may enter into an agreement with LEAD Society regarding the Service.

These Terms collectively constitute the agreement between the User and LEAD Society.

To access the Service, the User must read and accept the terms and conditions.


Scope of the service

The Service provides the User with access to LEAD Society's services as determined at the time of ordering.


Access to the service

In order to access the Service, the User must register a user account on the Portal.


Registration and user access

The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the User may only provide information relating to their own payment and credit cards.

Upon registration, the User must provide a username and a password (hereinafter "Login Information"). The User's Login Details are personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.

The User must keep the Login Information in a secure place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The user is responsible for all use of his user account.

If the User suspects illegal use of the User's Login Information, the User must immediately notify LEAD Society and change his/her password.


Fees and Payment

Fees for use of the Service shall be payable in accordance with the price list available on the Website from time to time.

Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.

The User must make the payment for the subscription via the means of payment offered by LEAD Society on the Website. The User undertakes to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds for payment available at each payment date via the chosen means of payment.


Adjustments and changes

LEAD Society reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions for the Service. The change must be notified to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day on which the change takes effect. If the User does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, this shall be deemed acceptance of the change. Changes that are of obvious benefit to the User shall apply immediately without any right of termination for the User.

Your registration is personal and binding. 

 

Unsubscribing and moving

Cancellation or transfer to another course can be done in writing (letter or e-mail) according to the guidelines below:

 

Up to 6 weeks before course start: free of charge

Between 6-4 weeks before course start: 25% of the course price will be charged

Between 4-2 weeks before course start: 50% of the course price will be charged

Later than 2 weeks before course start: 100% of the course price will be charged

In the event of illness or other obstacles, you have the option to give up your place on the course to a relevant colleague.

 

Cancellation

In order to ensure sufficient quality in our courses, we reserve the right to cancel courses. This may be the case if, for example, it is deemed that a too low number of participants will result in the individual participant not getting the maximum benefit from the course.

In this case, we will of course offer a place on the next course with the same content. If a place on a future course is not desired, a credit note will automatically be issued for that course.

 

Pricing

All prices include materials and catering but exclude VAT, travel and accommodation unless otherwise stated. The course will be invoiced immediately after registration. LEAD A/S and LEAD Society ApS reserve the right to change prices and make reservations for any printing errors.

 

Missing invoice information

Missing invoice information in the form of correct company name, EAN no., purchase order no. etc., which will mean that the invoice must be re-invoiced, will be subject to a fee of DKK 500.00.

 

Payment terms and conditions

Payment terms are 21 days net from the invoice date.

 

Failure to pay

Late payments are subject to 1.8% interest per month or part thereof and a reminder fee of DKK 250.00.

 

Complaints and objections

If you would like to make an official complaint about our courses, our service or other matters, please do so in writing by email to info@lead.eu. We will endeavor to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and within 4 working days at the latest.


Payment

LEAD Society accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

LEAD Society uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders. 

 

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop as the nature of the goods is such that, according to Danish law, a right of return cannot or should not be granted.

Customer & Privacy Policy 

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your data deleted at any time.


In order for you to contract with LEAD Society, we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

The personal data is registered with LEAD Society and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what data is being collected and why.

The director and employees of LEAD Society have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store and transmit customer data encrypted.

As registered with LEAD Society, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to leon.v@lead.eu.

 

Sharing contact information between members and learners

When you start a networking program or as a student on one of our courses, you also agree that a participant list with contact information is shared between you and the other participants. We do this so that you can easily contact and actively use each other throughout the course. The list is not shared with anyone other than LEAD and the participants and is deleted one year after completion of the course. If you do not wish to share your contact information with the other participants, simply let us know.
