Meet your trainer

The course is developed and managed by Rasmus Thy Grøn from LEAD.

Rasmus is one of LEAD's primary experts on Leadership Pipeline and leadership development. His day-to-day work involves teaching, lecturing and consulting for private and public organizations.

Rasmus typically works with the design of large-scale leadership development programs, and in recent years he has worked extensively with the Leadership Pipeline in connection with the development of leadership foundations, talent development and strategic HR. Rasmus is one of the main authors of the new book "Den Offentlige Leadership Pipeline 2 - ledelseskraft til en ny tid".

In addition, Rasmus has extensive experience with leadership team development in both private and public organizations and has published several articles on the subject. Finally, in recent years, Rasmus has worked with agility and the development of agile working methods with a special focus on the public sector.

Rasmus is an industrial PhD fellow at the Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Management at Aarhus University, where he researches the impact of our mindset on organizational learning and performance.
