Claus has worked for 15 years with research and development in management and organizational psychology, partly as a university researcher and partly as an independent business psychologist, founder and partner in LEAD - enter next level. 
Claus researches, teaches and consults private and public leaders and organizations on topics such as leadership, leadership teams, change management, performance management, learning and organizational development. He is a popular speaker and author of numerous research articles and books, including "Emotions in Leadership" (2011), "Leadership Psychology" (2013), "Power in Organizations" (2014) and "Effective Leadership Teams" (2015).

A collaboration between collaboration between LEAD and Nykredit has meant that 400 managers have been exposed to simulation-based management training at different times. Training where you virtually manage employees and collaborate across organizations, and where the goal is to increase both turnover and employee motivation.
