What are effective leadership teams?

An effective management team is characterized by being a driving force for development, implementation and result creation in the organization. They create cross-functional coherence, execute strategic initiatives and deliver great results. Research shows that effective leadership teams are critical to organizational success. This talk presents the results of a three-year Danish-Norwegian research project on effective leadership teams and provides concrete tools for developing such teams.

The complexity and speed of change is increasing along with rising expectations from customers, partners and the outside world. To succeed in this reality, effective leadership teams are essential to drive development, implementation and results. 

Recent research shows that effective leadership teams create the best results for the organization (Bang, Midelfart, Molly-Søholm, & Elmholdt, 2015).

What we can offer

We offer a lecture based on the results of a three-year Danish-Norwegian research project on effective leadership teams. 

You will get concrete tools to develop collaboration and performance in your leadership team, as well as knowledge of what characterizes effective leadership teams, why they are important and how to develop them.

We offer two types of lectures:

  • Organizing a 1-hour lecture
  • 3-hour workshop
  • 1 full day session
