What are effective leadership teams?

They create cross-functional coherence, execute strategic initiatives and deliver great results. Research shows that effective leadership teams are critical to organizational success. This talk presents the results of a three-year Danish-Norwegian research project on effective leadership teams and provides concrete tools for developing such teams.

The complexity and speed of change is increasing along with rising expectations from customers, partners and the outside world. To succeed in this reality, effective leadership teams are essential to drive development, implementation and results. 

Recent research shows that effective leadership teams create the best results for the organization (Bang, Midelfart, Molly-Søholm, & Elmholdt, 2015).

What we can offer

We offer a lecture based on the results of a three-year Danish-Norwegian research project on effective leadership teams.
