Rasmus Thy Grøn

Rasmus is a partner at LEAD and is also working on a business PhD at Aarhus University on growth mindset and leadership.

Rasmus is a business psychologist with a background in economics and management, where he uses economics as the prism through which he views psychology. Being able to combine economic and strategic understanding with knowledge of human motivation is beneficial when, like Rasmus, you work with top managers in large public and private organizations.

Rasmus is particularly interested in combining research with practice to create the best possible development in organizations and thus shape what the organization of the future should look like. Research is particularly exciting - especially when it meets reality: what happens when the latest and strongest theories meet the challenges and paradoxes of leadership?

Rasmus' expertise lies in advising and developing leaders, especially top managers. Leadership pipeline, leadership foundation, development of leadership groups and individual competence development are all among the specialist areas that he unfolds in development courses, lectures, training and consultations.

However, Rasmus has a special knowledge of growth mindset from his business PhD, where the focus is on integrating growth mindset into cultural development, learning culture and organizational learning. Rasmus is one of Denmark's leading specialists in this field. He collaborates with both large international organizations and large public organizations in Denmark to develop concepts, development courses and educations that help leaders, employees and organizations to strengthen growth mindset individually and collectively.

"In the process of establishing our new management team in the Area for Communication and Special Education in the North Denmark Region, we worked with Rasmus Thy Grøn from LEAD - enter next level. The work was based on the effect model, which gave us a very good introduction to what it takes to become a well-functioning management team and gave us new perspectives on our own ability to function and a common foundation for our future work. Rasmus Thy Grøn's well-prepared and professional approach to the task motivated the management team and we took the first important steps in establishing our new management team."
