The Danish tax base is challenged by multinational companies that do not pay corporate tax, wages and working conditions are under pressure from foreign workers, and the demographic development with a sharply increasing number of elderly people in need of various public services from the public sector all put a solid pressure on the welfare state we know today.
This gives rise to a million-dollar question: How do we manage the public sector in a way where we can continue to deliver the same or better welfare in a time of shrinking resources, increased complexity and new expectations from citizens?

Leaders without self-awareness don't see the need to develop
Read one of Christian Nyvang Qvick's articles where he shares his own practical experiences as a consultant and talks about developing yourself as a leader requires a certain amount of self-awareness and mental energy.
