With more than 15 years of experience in both practice and research in leadership, prioritization and implementation, Torsten Conrad is a central figure in leadership development. As Area Director, he has a full overview of which of our skilled consultants can best match your collaboration needs.

Torsten is a sought-after sparring partner in leadership, especially when the focus is on developing attractive, efficient and purpose-driven workplaces and promoting sustainable implementation strategies in organizations. This includes both change and anchoring processes. His expertise also extends to leadership within research environments, where he is a valued advisor and consultant for Danish universities.

With over 25 years of management experience and 20 years of consulting experience, Torsten has worked extensively with topics such as leadership development, implementation, prioritization, attractive work environments, talent development, organizational development, stress management, work-life balance, volunteer management, supervision, mentoring, coaching and inclusion.

Since the House of Nævnenes Hus moved to Viborg from Copenhagen 1.5 years ago, LEAD has helped establish and develop a new team of leaders through training and ongoing coaching and sparring.

"I chose to start working with LEAD in the fall of 2016, as I had to assemble a completely new management team as part of the establishment of a new agency. I was very comfortable with LEAD's management foundation, value base and working method, and the combination of LEAD's research-based approach and professionally solid tools as well as Torsten's professional and at the same time empathetic and compassionate approach has been a solid support and a motivating guide in relation to the professional and relational ambition that drives the management team at the House of Nævnenes Hus.

Torsten is professionally very strong and at the same time a very pleasant, empathetic and not least present person, whom I have great confidence in - also when it comes to difficult dilemmas."

- Christian Lützen, Director of the House of Nævnenes Hus
