Søren Bo Pedersen
Søren is employed at LEAD as a project consultant and is based in the Aarhus office. Here he works in the area of Digitalization Management and helps prepare leaders for the digital transformation. With his curious and inquisitive approach to his work, Søren has a wide range of skills and interests. These include teaching, creative communication, politics, artificial intelligence and business development.
On a daily basis, Søren studies psychology at Aarhus University. Through his studies, he has acquired general knowledge about people and their relationships and well-being as well as specialized knowledge within leadership, stress, organizational change and coaching. In his daily work, Søren develops his knowledge and skills through practical experience in the form of collaboration with LEAD's experienced consultants and engagement with customers.
