Ronja Ries Højbjerg

Ronja specializes in developing and implementing corporate strategies, as well as driving major structural or digital transformations and changes. Throughout these processes, she works with many different elements, where e.g. breaking down silos and cross-functional collaboration, communication and performance are often in focus.

Ronja has knowledge and experience in working with transformations of various kinds, especially in private and family-owned companies. Here she has worked with organizational transformations with a focus on digitalization, efficiency, new markets or services, breaking down silos, and customer and employee experience.

On a daily basis, Ronja sits with the companies' management and daily operational units, where she advises and helps navigate and manage the implementation of the start-up strategy and the strategic projects or portfolio of projects. In addition, she also works with one company at a time and runs long-term strategic transformation processes and organizational development projects (impact measurements in terms of financial gains and employee and customer experience).

Ronja has a great curiosity and is engaged in the development of High Performance Environment in both the world of sports in the context of national teams, as well as in a business context in e.g. Professional Service Firms.

Ronja has a background as an elite swimmer herself, having grown up in an elite environment and been a part of it for over 15 years.

Ronja holds a Master's degree in Competition and Elite Sport with a specialization in Organizational and Sport Psychology. In addition, she has a postgraduate degree in Finance from Harvard Business School, as well as certification in PRINCE2 and project management.
