Rikke Lindekilde

Rikke has 17 years of experience as a business psychologist from both public and private companies including EU, Aarhus University, Grundfos, LEGO and Team Denmark, where she has worked across disciplines and organizational levels.

She specializes in virtual leadership in hybrid units, where she works with essential focus and action areas in this form of leadership and provides concrete tools to strengthen leadership under these working methods.

In addition, Rikke specializes in personal leadership and career development and in developing and implementing strategy, change and innovation processes.

In recent years, for example, she has worked with the IT development department of the Danish Parliament in a process called "Innovation, Partnership and Communication" with the aim of developing the organization's employees for dialogue and collaboration around digital development.

Alongside this, Rikke has written a PhD at Grundfos on the importance of mind-sets in virtual collaboration and has been a visiting researcher at Stanford.
