Rasmus Engelbrecht

Rasmus has 19 years of professional experience in management, consulting and education. Partly as head of HR Development at Aarhus University Hospital, where he has worked with leadership development and talent development at the merged university hospital and developed a leadership simulator to train the hospital's leaders in change management, and partly as an external consultant in large public and private organizations.

He has organized and implemented a wide range of leadership development programs, courses and theme days as well as team development programs. He is a dazzling facilitator and trainer with extensive experience in process consulting and learning methods.

Rasmus was originally trained as a line officer in the Danish Emergency Management Agency and has broad management experience from working as a training manager with personnel management and training development, as well as operational service at disasters and major accidents in Denmark and abroad.
