Pernille is LEAD's partner and has +20 years of professional experience as a leader, consultant and coach in private and public companies. Pernille has for many years worked with the development of leaders, employees and organizations, always with the ambition to challenge people in organizations to perform at their best.

Pernille has extensive experience in understanding complex organizational contexts and works in the field of tension between the professional task, business and psychology. Pernille has a keen eye for getting the development focus to be about both the professional task to be solved in a business and organizational context and at the same time include relevant relational and psychological aspects
