Ole Mathorne
Ole is one of LEAD's experts in talent development, implementation, organizational development, project management and research management. He has done a PhD project on successful talent environments and partnerships and is driven to put this knowledge into practice. The ambition is to support Danish talent development in developing successful sustainable talent environments through interaction between organizations.
On a daily basis, Ole typically works with organizational development programs aimed at developing talent environments and disseminates the latest research in the field.
Ole has extensive experience and passion for working with project management, leadership and implementation and has developed courses in these areas at the University of Southern Denmark for many years.
For the last 10 years, Ole has worked in the research world and sees a huge potential in strengthening research management and thinking about talent development in these environments far more strategically than is often the case.
