Nynne Nørgaard Jensen

Nynne is curious by nature and driven to understand and develop individuals, teams and organizations in meaningful ways. She is particularly interested in the types of behavior that scarcity mindsets and abundance mindsets create in organizations and how it affects business.

For 9 years, Nynne has worked nationally and internationally with competence development of managers and especially project managers, teaching, (visual) facilitation, team building, project management, personal development and coaching - both independently and as part of a consultancy firm.

Nynne's work is characterized by her certification as a Council Guide. It is a hybrid between personal development, coaching and psychotherapy with a focus on the individual and healthy, present and committed communities that strengthen all parties. With the tools she uses, she facilitates processes that help leaders, employees, teams and organizations to reflect and act in a life-giving way with respect for themselves, other people, the planet and the organization.

In addition to a degree in Culture and Language Studies combined with Work Life Studies from Roskilde University, Nynne is also a trained Kaospilot. As a Kaospilot, she is trained in communicating to different target groups, leading projects and navigating uncertainty, as well as creating and facilitating inspiring and influential processes and trusting learning spaces. There is room for humor, vulnerability, dialogue, feedback and especially time for reflection. All elements can be important parts of the process of implementing behavior change in everyday life. Therefore, projects, processes and courses are always planned from a long-term perspective and in close collaboration with the customer to create a practice-oriented approach that ensures maximum impact in the organization.
