Nicole Malmgaard Baandrup Rasmussen
Nicole helps our customers create stronger organizations and better leadership. She specializes in business development, and as a partner in LEAD, she helps draw the lines for LEAD's future growth ambitions and opportunities. On a daily basis, she works under three headings:
- Tendering and bidding processes where Nicole, as business manager for LEAD's bidding area, sets the organization's overall bidding strategy and handles the strategic management and execution of the largest business-critical bids.
- Effective leadership and organizational development programs where she designs learning programs centered on creating real behavioral changes in the participants' everyday lives in order to equip them to realize the organization's strategic intentions.
- Project management and governance where Nicole often takes on the role of project manager of complex change and organizational development projects, often involving collaboration with leading researchers nationally and internationally.
