Michelle Elise Christensen
Michelle Elise Christensen is a project consultant based in Aarhus, Denmark.
Michelle handles a wide range of tasks for LEAD's consultants and customers. These include administrative tasks, research and analysis tasks as well as project management of large-scale management and organizational development processes.
Michelle studies psychology at Aarhus University, where she has worked with the theoretical part of work and organizational psychology, including organizational forms and work design, motivation, recruitment, stress and burnout, leadership, employee involvement and job satisfaction. Michelle puts this theoretical background into practice in collaboration with LEAD's consultants and customers.
Michelle has previously participated in and won the Danish Championship in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Company Programme. The Danish Championship earned her a ticket to the European Championship, where Michelle and her team won a Leadership Award for 'Best Leadership'.
