Michael Søby Andersen

Michael is LEAD's Head of Secretariat with responsibility for executive support, staff relations, efficient workflows and knowledge sharing across the organization, office operations, development and internal change processes. In short, everything from strategy development to making sure the potted plants in the office don't dry out - and everything in between.
