Mette Tange Vestergård
Mette has extensive knowledge and over 15 years of practical experience in organizational development and change management.
She is passionate about ensuring proper implementation and anchoring of initiatives, whether it's digitalization initiatives, new workflows or other development initiatives.
Mette has broad sector experience from positions as an internal consultant and project manager in central government, municipalities, KL and ATP.
Her daily work involves teaching, lecturing and consulting for private and public organizations.
She has a background as a project manager at ATP, where she has worked with organizational implementation of large new IT systems and agile transformation. She has experience with quality and improvement management and is particularly interested in creating a culture of improvement in teams and across teams.
Mette has solid experience as a process leader and has facilitated workshops for both small groups and entire organizations, also in virtual or hybrid set-ups. You will find that Mette will typically incorporate new approaches in the organization of process design.
Mette has been part of management teams for large groups of employees on several occasions and therefore knows the complexity of making daily operations and development activities succeed.
Previously, Mette worked as a senior consultant at KL with consulting projects for municipal management groups on process improvements and leadership development programs. She has a special talent for creating trusting relationships and is professionally concerned with creating stimulating collaboration and ensuring motivation.
In recent years, she has worked extensively with agile transformation and has held agile roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach and RTE (Release Train Engineer)
Mette is a certified SPC (Scaled Agile Framework Program Consult) and has taught agile methods and developed training concepts.
Mette also holds a Master's degree in Process Management and Organizational Change from Aalborg University and has experience with systemic coaching and professional conversations.
