Mary Apostolaki Johansen

Mary is an experienced leadership and organizational developer with a strong international consulting and management background.

She has 25 years of experience in supporting global as well as public companies in their strategy and business development, innovation, leadership development and team challenges. Among others, she has worked on projects for: Coca-Cola (Nigeria), Boehringer Ingelheim, MSD, Royal Canin (Greece), Vola, DGI, Aarhus Municipality, Arla foods (Denmark and Philippines).

She has a broad expertise in leadership development and HR. Her specialty is innovation management. Here she enables organizations to create and embed a thriving innovation culture with structure, process and competence building.

She has managed 5000 employees during the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.

As a serial entrepreneur and mentor, she has enabled over 300 tech start-ups to scale to growth through incubators and acceleration programs. 

Mary holds an MSc in Leadership and Management and is an external lecturer at Aalborg University.
