Lukas is responsible for advising our customers on choosing the right competence development program. On a daily basis, he helps managers and specialists plan their upcoming 6-36 month development programs.
He can offer sparring in connection with individualized development processes and help our customers find the exact process that suits their needs and wishes.
He also helps managers plan the right activities for their management team, for example, or an internal or external training program for smaller groups.
Through his experience in competence development, Lukas has had dialogues with thousands of managers over the last 4 years, and therefore has a very broad knowledge of the needs and challenges of public sector managers in particular.
