Kirstine Møller Nielsen
Kirstine is employed at LEAD as a project consultant and is based at the office in Aarhus. Here she handles tasks that support the consultants' daily work. This includes various administrative and back-office tasks. In addition, Kirstine also handles course and network administration as well as practical assistance.
Kirstine studies psychology at Aarhus University, where she acquires in-depth theoretical knowledge of human behavior and psychology, including in the field of work and organizational psychology. Kirstine has a keen interest in change management, group dynamics and organizational culture. In her work, Kirstine builds on this knowledge and interest with practical experience and competencies together with LEAD's consultants as well as customers.
