Kenneth Kristensen

Top manager, researcher and consultant.

Kenneth has solid top management experience from positions as director/municipal director in Halsnæs, Copenhagen, Hørsholm and Dragør municipalities. Here he has managed all municipal disciplines and has a good insight into everything from interaction with politicians, to financial management, the individual welfare areas and co-creation with citizens, businesses and organizations.

In 2023, he defended his PhD on top management of digitalization at the University of Southern Denmark. He is currently particularly interested in communicating the insights from his PhD to the public sector in Denmark.

Kenneth also has extensive national and international experience as a consultant and facilitator within management, organization and finance.

He is a prolific writer and has written many articles for both Danish professional journals and international research journals.
