Katrine Bastian
Katrine specializes in management consulting, psychological work environment and well-being, personal leadership development and the human aspects of organizational change.
Katrine has a background as a clinical psychologist, and as a consultant, Katrine has helped leaders and companies with both individual leadership development programs, where Katrine has special expertise in creating coherence and balance for leaders in their role, and with programs for organizations, departments or teams, where Katrine has special expertise in helping to strengthen psychological safety and learning cultures.
Katrine has a postgraduate degree in Complexity Thinking (Complexity, Organization and Co-creation from CompLead).
As a consultant, Katrine draws on a wealth of experience from many fields of industrial psychology. This includes, among others:
- Individual leadership coaching programs focusing on personal leadership and leadership development
- Countless courses for leadership teams who want to leverage their mutual synergy and drive better results through greater internal coherence
- A course for organizations where Katrine focuses on strengthening both the work environment and collaboration with a focus on psychological safety and learning culture.
- Consistent teacher on several major leadership development programs - including the intergovernmental programs FLIPA (Voluntary Leadership Training in the Mental Work Environment), Experienced Leaders in the State (part of the state's PLUS program), as well as on Training in Management of the Mental Work Environment for municipal and regional leaders
Katrine is known for creating trusting relationships with her customers and partners - and she is committed to bringing her practical experience and her interest in communicating theoretical knowledge so that it can be linked to the organization's strategic needs and concrete practice. In this way, she ensures that she and the customer together can tailor the best courses that bring the desired reflection, development and changed behavior.
As a partner in LEAD, Katrine also acts as a professional leader for the area of Psychological Work Environment and Well-being, and as an internal and external supervisor for psychologists working towards authorization.
