"Due to unrest among the employees in Aarhus Vand's IT organization, we wanted a quick independent analysis and identification of strengths and challenges in the current organization of the IT area in order to create a good basis for a decision on the future organization of the IT area in Aarhus Vand. Johan's analysis was to uncover the IT task in Aarhus Vand and map the collaboration challenges in the current organization as well as provide recommendations for the future organization - including roles and work areas.
The mapping of strengths and challenges in the current organization consisted of a series of qualitative interviews with key managers and employees, which provided the basis for Johan's subsequent recommendations for the future organization of the IT area.
Johan has performed quickly, efficiently and intelligently, creating a good basis for making wise decisions about the future organization of the IT organization."
