Jannie Knudsen
Jannie is one of LEADS' experts in analysis, implementation and organizational development.
Jannie has more than 25 years of experience as a manager/director in 5 different municipalities, consultancies and a pension company. Jannie has worked in most welfare areas (labor market, health, senior and disability) and across these. Due to Jannie's extensive experience, she manages to link practice and theory together and by virtue of this, combined with great professional insight, she ensures usable and transferable solutions for the customer.
Alongside her work with LEAD, Jannie has her own consultancy business, which primarily solves tasks for municipalities and their partners.
Jannie has special experience with target group analyses, project management and evaluation, organizational development and management support as well as the preparation of strategies and action plans with respect for political interaction. She is particularly passionate about the holistic interaction in the municipalities and the optimization of organization and efforts for the benefit of citizens, businesses and the public partner.
Jannie believes in involvement as a springboard for engagement and innovative input, and in ongoing and evolving dialog with the customer.
