Ida Ilkjær

Ida is most interested in leadership styles, motivation, well-being and mindset. She is driven by curiosity and wants to optimize work environments. Ida is currently studying psychology at Aarhus University, where work and organizational psychology are her main areas of interest.

Ida has previous experience in the restaurant and retail industry, and for several years she has had a student job in the department for the assessment of toddlers with autism and ADHD at Skejby Hospital. Ida has also been a volunteer in the management of the Danish Red Cross Youth, where she participated in discussions about activity opportunities for hospitalized children in the country's hospitals.

Ida is employed as a project consultant in LEAD and is affiliated with the organizational development area. Ida's primary task is to support the consultants in their daily work. This includes everything from administration to coordination to project management. In addition, Ida works closely with partner Rasmus Engelbrecht and participates in his daily tasks.

As a former elite handball player, Ida always aims to win. She knows that this requires teamwork, good communication and lots of discipline in the gym.
