Emma Holmgaard
Emma Holmgaard is employed at LEAD as a project consultant, where she is based in the Aarhus office. As a project consultant, Emma's primary role is to support partner Rasmus Thy Grøn in his work and the design of his business PhD at the Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Management at Aarhus University. Emma thus acquires specialized knowledge and experience in organizational and leadership development as well as growth mindset, psychological safety and organizational learning.
Emma is currently studying psychology at Aarhus University. Here she acquires a broad theoretical knowledge within work and organizational psychology, which she gets the opportunity to explore further and put into practice in collaboration with consultants and customers in LEAD.
In addition, Emma has previously worked with labor market-oriented psychological studies, which is why she has a practical knowledge and interest in the influence of personality on the labor market, including the impact on the individual's well-being and entry into different group constellations.
