Daniel Drevfors

Daniel has 20 years of experience in leadership development, transformation work and implementation of organizational development initiatives.

Daniel advises on multiple levels - and sometimes in parallel:

  • This can be strategic development. For example, leadership development in the Executive Board, the relationship between the Board and the Executive Board and strategic organizational change.
  • This can be tactical development. For example, it could be translating strategic insights into concrete action areas and establishing a true transformation and/or change management that ensures impact and results
  • There can also be individual-level development, such as leadership development, either in groups or 1:1

Daniel is often described as an empathetic and committed consultant who is equally at home in the boardroom as "out on the floor". For Daniel, it's all about bridging the gap between strategic thinking and daily practice.

Daniel has a background as a partner in major Danish consultancies such as Valcon and Implement, and has experience from both the private and public sectors.

In recent years, Daniel has worked extensively with leadership and organizational development and major organizational transformations typically driven by digitalization.
