Cecilie Schultz Pedersen
Cecilie is a business psychologist and has over almost a decade as an external and internal consultant and manager at a large international IT company acquired extensive experience in business psychology, including management and development of the psychological work environment, coaching and leadership and organizational development.
In 2021, Cecilie achieved a place on the recognized Berlingske Top 100 list for her work with stress prevention and well-being.
Cecilie has also worked extensively with psychological safety, where she is certified in the tool The Organizational Scan. Cecilie also uses various psychometric tools and personality tests in her work with both individuals and teams and has developed assessment centers for both recruitment and development.
Cecilie has developed global learning and development programs with tens of thousands of participants and thus manages to create programs that can appeal to a wide range of target groups. Cecilie is a confident facilitator and speaker whether there are 10, 100 or 1000 participants.
Thanks to her international experience, Cecilie is able to switch between Danish and English in her work.
