Betina Hansen

Betina has +15 years of experience in creating sustainable change in both private and public organizations. She has a broad experience as a DEI and management consultant, speaker, facilitator, coach and team leader. She has previously held the strategic responsibility for the DEI agenda at Danske Bank as Chief D&I Officer and she has also worked several years as an HR and learning consultant.

At LEAD, Betina holds the role of Senior Consultant, anchored in the business area Wellbeing, Culture and Society, where she is responsible for the DEI area.

Betina has a degree in organizational psychology, which gives her a unique approach to DEI, which is characterized by the tension between individual and organization. She bases her advice on research and her own leadership experience. Her approach is to challenge the formal and informal structures of an organization to create a greater degree of diversity and inclusion. She has an eye for how majorized and marginalized groups thrive in an organizational context and how individual leaders can practice inclusive leadership.
