Astrid Kilt-Lindblad

Astrid is driven by development and getting people and and organizations to succeed. In her recent work as a learning specialist and leadership advisor at the LEGO Foundation, she has worked with strengthening organizational capacity, including organizational transformation, strategic implementation process, culture development, inclusion and diversity, well-being, leadership development and moree. Astrid also has experience from a managerial position in Aalborg School Administration where she was responsible for collaboration and innovation. Prior to that, she worked for 10 years as a consultant and chief consultant for Cubion and the Center for Public Competence Development.

Astrid is creative, innovative and development-oriented in everything she does, driven by designing and tailoring learning paths as well as advising, coaching and leading people, processes and organizations towards their desired goals and vision. And sees digitalization digitalization as a natural part of this learning and development.

"To learn is to live", which is why Astrid has a bachelor's degree in education, a Cand. Mag. in Learning and Change Processes with management as a specialty, AAU. Studied Coaching and Leadership at University College Zealand. Has a masterclass in Leading Digital Transformation. And is certified in Hogan, Belbin, NEO PI-R and Situational Leadership.

Astrid is also an external examiner at the Department of Culture and Learning at AAU and a member of their employer panel where she helps bridge the gap between education and business.

The article identifies five guiding principles that managers can lean on in either an implementation or support and development process of already existing use of digital means. The article argues that if digital development is to be meaningful to employees, it is important to base it on the current reality and not follow a specific concept.
