Anika Mergen Hee

Anika is a management consultant in LEAD and is based in our Copenhagen office. She is also part of LEAD's staff function, where she works on a daily basis with supporting the CEO group, optimizing our internal processes and with various HR initiatives. HR initiatives. This includes onboarding of new employees. Furthermore, Anika is responsible for the operation of LEAD's network business, which facilitates leadership networks for high-level executives.

On a daily basis, Anika also works with consulting, project management and analysis for both public and private organizations. She is an ISO-certified project manager and has experience with project management on both large and small projects. She also holds several internal professional and administrative project management roles in LEAD. Including LEAD's area for Crises and Scandal Cases. In addition, she has several years of experience with management assistance. 

Anika has experience as a consultant from LEAD - Enter next level, Consultify Europe and ASL Consulting, where she has worked with consulting in various industries and disciplines - both in the public and private sectors. Her passion lies in helping individuals and teams realize their potential and understand their strengths and weaknesses. Anika's academic foundation supports her ability to understand and manage complex challenges in organizational development, organizational psychology and leadership.

Anika holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Learning from Aalborg University and a Master's degree in Psychology from Copenhagen Business School.
