Andreas Fricke Møller
Andreas works as a management consultant where he helps organizations build capacity to handle digital transformation, create more agile organizational, leadership and working methods, and support organizations' ability to implement change at the top end of the organization. In addition, he works with strategy development and the development of organizational governance frameworks as well as leadership development courses with a focus on management teams and cross-functional collaboration. He often leads large organizational development projects in both the private and public sectors.
He usually works long-term for the organizations he has projects with, with a focus on getting close to the daily practice both at the strategic level and in operations to solve some of the more complex problems that the organization works with.
Andreas is extremely present in his communication and always focuses on creating links between professionally based theory and the real practice that managers and organizations work in. Therefore, he often gives keynotes and lectures on topics such as digital transformation, agility and implementation.
In parallel, he writes articles and contributes to book publications on digital transformation and agility in particular.
Andreas holds an MSc in Organizational Development and Innovation and has lived and worked for several years in Silicon Valley with close ties to the entrepreneurial innovation environment.
