Alberte Korsgaard Navntoft
Alberte Korsgaard Navntoft is employed at LEAD as a project consultant. Alberte is affiliated with the organizational development area, where she supports the consultants in their daily work.
In addition to her role as a project consultant, Alberte is a student at Aarhus BSS, where she studies MSc in Strategy, Organization and Leadership. Alberte is particularly interested in how organizations and leaders can best involve employees in change processes and transform resistance to change into something constructive.
In other words, Alberte is passionate about strategy and change management of organizational transformations. In her previous role as an intern at LEAD, she has gained a deeper and more practical understanding of why change is difficult to implement in practice, which together with her theoretical knowledge from her studies provides a solid foundation for Alberte's work at LEAD.
