But what are the deeper explanations behind resistance to change? There are several different answers. The field is inspired by neurological research, management research and psychological research, represented by e.g. David Rock's SCARF model, Rick Maurer's three levels of resistance and psychological research on different biases in change processes.  

In this talk, you'll be introduced to all three perspectives, offering different views on why resistance to change occurs, but also offering advice on how to prevent and manage resistance to change.
