The cross-municipal implementation training

Why choose an implementation training?

Are you responsible for driving change and struggling to get there? Implementation is about turning strategies and plans into concrete action in practice and is the key to successful change in any organization. Our implementation training gives you the tools and the most up-to-date knowledge to lead your projects or change initiatives to success. The training is designed to help you understand the processes behind a successful implementation and enable you to apply this knowledge in your everyday work.

The purpose of the training:

  • Get the best and most up-to-date knowledge on implementation.
  • Understand the principles behind successful implementation.
  • Exchange experiences and perspectives with others.
  • Become better equipped to make implementation decisions.

Close connection between theory and your everyday life

We combine theory with practice by applying the participants' own experiences and challenges. The training consists of three teaching days where we work with both theory and practical cases. In addition, you will participate in an everyday implementation group where you will receive feedback and input on specific implementation challenges from other participants and trainers.

Target group for the course

The implementation training is targeted:

  • Employees and managers working with implementation and change management.
  • For example, development consultants, project managers, team leaders, HR consultants and others responsible for driving change in municipalities.

Duration and form

The training takes place over three training days, combining theory and practice. The training is supplemented with everyday implementation groups to ensure that you can apply what you learn directly in your daily life.

The three cross-cutting municipal education programs

There are three cross-cutting municipal training programs that can complement each other.

The intention is to offer a coherent course where both managers and employees experience that the three programs can easily be taken individually, but also that they complement each other if you want to take two or all three programs.

Examples of how the three programs support each other:

In both the Project Management program and the Facilitation program, different implementation understandings are introduced. They are deepened and unfolded both theoretically and in practice in the Implementation Training.

In the Project Manager program, participants are introduced to facilitation, which is deepened and developed both theoretically and in practice in the Facilitation program.

The Project Manager program works with tools such as effect chains, benefit realization and anchoring. These themes are explored both theoretically and in practice in the Implementation program.
