Why you need to focus on impact measurement and benefit realization
Automation replaces manual labor in a municipality and/or solves tasks that otherwise wouldn't be done due to labor shortages.
The reason we have prepared a guide to benefit realization and impact measurement is because the participating municipalities in the technology partnership are asking for it, especially when you look at it on a large scale, i.e. when a municipality aims to automate many processes, in many places and with large time savings as a goal. Municipalities need to create real gains to address the workforce challenge. It's a burning platform that needs to be addressed.
