Implementation - it's the small changes that make the biggest changes

In collaboration with Leadership Week in week 44, where the entire public sector puts a special focus on public leadership.

Behind the Management Week is the government, KL and Danish Regions.

On the webinar you will meet

Kaare Pedersen - Chief Consultant at LEAD - Enter next level. He has written the bestseller "Problem-oriented project work - a tool book" which is in its 5th edition and in recent years he has written blog posts on Linkedin and in Danish Project Management.

No employee is going to make a toast. The big and abstract "transformations" can go completely unnoticed by an organization if they are not made concrete. Implementing means that the management chain can establish a close and detailed conversation about the specific changes that need to take place.

Description continues in the next section.

From idea to practice - focus on implementation management

Read an article by Torsten Conrad, one of LEAD's consultants, where he argues for the necessity of a managerial focus on implementation and presents four of our approaches to implementation.

It's not a top-down conversation, but a conversation that moves up and down in a continuous dialog about what we need to do in concrete and detailed terms. And when it becomes concrete in the very small, the big changes start. The presentation will discuss challenges and methods for getting detailed, concrete and close to reality.

It can be small and large tasks related to change, where we think 'it's a quick fix' - but the reality of everyday friction with technical difficulties, delayed deliveries from business partners, other unforeseen tasks that suddenly land on our desk or a sudden illness in the team means that the original schedule slips.

And there are a number of reasons why we tend to think that implementing change is easy and elegant.

How can LEAD help with Implementation & Change Management?

You bring your own case that we help you solve and follow up on your progress on an ongoing basis.
