Tine Bækgaard
Tine is a proposal and business development consultant and is responsible for LEAD's proposal area. Based on a wide range of contacts within the organization, she runs LEAD's proposal processes from A-Z. With one foot in the business economics field and one foot in the design field, Tine works systematically with conceptualization of complex research themes for the benefit of the customer and the customer's situation.
She is passionate about efficient processes - and works continuously on effect optimization of LEAD's tendering and bidding processes.
Tine has a background as a designer and project manager, and has previously worked with project management and project facilitation both nationally and internationally.
