Rob Kaiser is an internationally-recognized authority, author and advisor on leadership. He began his career at the Center for Creative Leadership and then joined the pioneering executive development firm, Kaplan DeVries Inc, who helped to establish the field of executive coaching in the 1990s. He formed Kaiser Leadership Solutions (KLS) in 2013 to create and distribute better methodologies for the assessment and development of managers into versatile leaders. KLS's end-to-end suite of integrated development tools is based around the patented Leadership Versatility Index (LVI).

Rob works with LEAD as Global Strategic Partner on delivering best-in-class cross-country leadership development solutions for our Scandinavian and international customers such as Dustin Group, GroupM and Flügger. With Rob's vast experience serving global companies around the world, LEAD is able to adapt and customize solutions that work locally as well as in other countries and regions with different needs. LEAD is also the Scandinavian distribution partner for Rob's suite of assessment tools, and he assists in introducing the LVI and other tools throughout the Nordics.

Rob is a thought leader with several books, dozens of scientific research papers, and many popular articles and interviews in the global business press. His research and writing is based on extensive experience coaching leaders and their teams, designing and delivering high impact programs, and advising CEOs and HR leaders on how to manage talent and shape their leadership culture to support strategy. He has served a wide range of global clients including Unilever, Google, The Walt Disney Company, and Schneider Electric. Rob is a dynamic and provocative presenter who is often invited to deliver his inspiring messages to audiences around the world.
