"Unfortunately, the handover to the developer building the RPA solution was often incomplete and flawed, and employees didn't always have a full overview of what the systems were already capable of, or how they could make the workflow much smoother by making small changes to the workflow.
That's why we decided to send 30 selected employees and managers on a Lean and Workflow Analysis course.
The purpose was partly to become skilled at mapping and optimizing workflows before any power is applied, and partly to gain a common language and a method for process optimization".
