  • Digital learning labs

    This is an agile method for organizational development. We work in 6-week sprints based directly on your organization's key strategic challenges. Together we experiment and learn how to incorporate digital into your core business. You will also learn how you as a public organization can work innovatively with democracy, community, welfare and the way you deliver welfare. Throughout the course, we develop and adapt the method to fit your organization perfectly, and we ensure that knowledge and tools are transferred and that local competence is built.

  • Digital at scale: For the entire management chain

    In this course, we build relevant digital leadership skills, methods and organizational forms at all levels of the organization. Good digital transformation leadership is not the same for all leaders. Good digital leadership is defined by and depends on the organizational level you are at. We work through the entire management chain with mini-sprints, experimenting, learning along the way and helping the management chain to work with the methods.

Together with KL, we have taken 34 local government executives from municipalities across the country through an intense 24-hour workshop to equip top management to lead the digital transformation. At a time when digital development is fundamentally changing society, the course aimed to prepare and equip the municipal executive boards, their local council and their organization to act.

We have developed and implemented a development program on leadership in digital transformation for the managers in the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs. The managers were trained to use new agile methods and to strengthen their skills in digital transformation and new digital opportunities and technologies.
