2023 was an eventful year at LEAD. Perhaps the most eventful we've experienced in our first decade as a company. We celebrated our 10-year anniversary, promoted new partners, hired area directors, developed our own core narrative with vision and values towards 2030, solved lots of interesting projects with inspiring customers and much more.
We enter 2024 with a focus on:
Five specialties
In the future, we will organize LEAD according to five specialty areas where our in-depth expertise really comes to the fore. They are:

- Strategy, analytics and governance
You can get specialist help from us within each area, and we can solve projects that cut across specialties by putting together strong consulting teams that combine the best of different disciplines such as management, business psychology, anthropology, political science, economics and sociology.

LEAD Publishing - our own publishing house
On January 1, 2024, we founded LEAD Publishing. It is a trade publishing house where we publish books that contribute to setting or influencing socially important agendas within leadership and organization. Our goal is to help elevate people and organizations to the next level so they can make a difference for others and for the society we are all part of.
2024 will see several non-fiction books from LEAD Publishing. The first release will be "Leadership in the Digital Jungle. A handbook in digitalization for public leaders". The book is written by Per Eeg, Area Director and Partner at LEAD, and will be available in mid-January. You can download a PDF version of the book for free or order the printed version.

LEAD Impact
Just over a year ago, LEAD Impact became part of LEAD as a subsidiary focusing on analysis and management. After careful consideration and a year of excellent results, LEAD Impact is leaving LEAD and becoming an independent consultancy company called Bridge Consulting.
All assignments that have been partnered with LEAD and LEAD Impact will continue completely unchanged, and at LEAD we will continue to have analysis and management as one of our areas of expertise. Therefore, you shouldn't notice any difference in working with us - now or in the future.
Continued growth in 2024
Our goal and ambition for 2024 is to continue the growth that has characterized us in recent years. This means that we will hire more consultants and partners to meet our customers' needs and help address the complexity that our customers experience.
Therefore, it is also important that our new consultants and partners have different backgrounds, both in terms of education and experience, so that we continue to be able to combine professionally and humanly strong groups of specialists who together have the right composition to enter into the collaboration.
