General competition conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the extent that nothing special is stated in the specific competition.

By entering the Competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

LEAD - Enter next level A/S (hereinafter "LEAD", "we", "us" or "our") is the data controller for the processing of the information you provide when registering for the competition.

2. Who can participate?

The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 who registers.

Persons employed by LEAD are not eligible to participate in the competition.

The conditions for participating in the competition are also stated in sections 3 and 4 below.

LEAD reserves the right to verify that a participant fulfills the competition conditions.

3. How do you participate?

You participate by providing your email and agreeing to these terms.

4. Terms and conditions

To participate in the competition, you must provide your e-mail address and consent to receive marketing material by e-mail from LEAD A/S.

Your consent to marketing is set out in our "Privacy and Cookie Policy".

5 Prizes and prize draw

Information about the duration of the competition, the prize(s) and the selection process is provided when you register for the competition. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us via our e-mail: kontakt@lead.eu

The prize(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.

The winner(s) of the competition will be drawn at random. You will be entered into the competition with one ticket when you have registered for the competition.

The winners will be drawn and contacted directly on the submitted email immediately after the prize draw. The draw is not publicly available.

Winners' names or other personal data will not be published without your consent.

The prize(s) will be sent to the winner(s) shortly after the winner(s) have been drawn. The prize(s) can be collected by the winner(s) by arrangement with LEAD.

6. Processing of personal data in connection with the competition

When you participate in competitions issued by LEAD, we process personal data about your name, e-mail address (possibly your phone number, if you have provided it) and response to the competition in question.

We process your personal data for the purpose of administering competitions, selecting winners, etc.

Our basis for the processing is our legitimate interests in running the competition and contacting the winner in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

LEAD will store information about you for 5 years when you are drawn as a winner in the competition. If you are not drawn as a winner, your email (and possibly your phone number) will be deleted immediately after the winner has been drawn. Please note that if we have your email (and/or phone number) for any other purpose, deletion does not include your email (and/or phone number) in general, but only in relation to your submission of the information to participate in the competition.

As a data subject, you have the right to request LEAD (as the data controller) to access and rectify or erase personal data concerning you or to request restriction of processing concerning your data. You have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You can find the Danish Data Protection Agency's contact details at www.datatilsynet.dk.
