In his work, he draws partly on his research in leadership and organizational development, partly on 18 years of experience as a management consultant and business psychologist, and partly on his experience as director and deputy director at Rambøll Management and ATTRACTOR, where he was Young Business Leader of the Year in East Jutland in 2006.
