About the position

We are a rapidly developing consultancy, and right now we are offering a student job with professional challenges, good development opportunities, a strong work community and a high professional level. LEAD is organized in 4 areas that make up our core competencies.

As a project consultant, you will be embedded in the organizational development area, which will be your primary professional community. You will collaborate with one or more of the area's consultants and be very close to their daily work. In addition, you will be able to participate in the strategic work in the area, where you will support the area directors in the area's development and maintenance.

Project consultants in LEAD perform tasks such as:

  • General consulting support
  • Professional solution for back-office tasks
  • Project assistance and administration
  • Course and network administration and practical help
  • Proofreading, transcribing and setting up materials for workshops
  • Potential personal assistant for one or more LEAD consultants with the opportunity to participate in customer meetings, workshops, seminars and development programs


The position will be approximately 15 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods and the like.

About you
As a project consultant, we need you to:

  • are meticulous, thorough and perform your work with a strong emphasis on high quality and professionalism
  • is flexible and adaptable
  • Thrive with a high degree of responsibility and are proactive in relation to your business partners
  • is structured, punctual, has an overview and is skilled at administrative work


In addition, we want you to have strong skills and experience in the Microsoft Office suite and conceptual communication.

You should have 2 years left of your studies in a relevant program such as sociology, anthropology, political science, communication, psychology or similar.

You will be based at our office in Vestergade in Aarhus.
