Through the research project "Value-Creating Development of Organizational Interaction", LEAD is part of a working group for the Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership at Aarhus University. The project aims to create knowledge about how public organizations can collectively work for a higher degree of goal achievement. The 216 organizational units from the police, the nursing part of the hospitals and social units within the disability and psychiatry area, receive a systematically planned development process by, among others, LEAD's Rasmus Thy Grøn. Read more about the project here.
Our partner, Torsten Conrad, is chairman of the research section and a member of the board of the Danish Implementation Network.
We collaborate with Aalborg University on master's programs in management and organizational development consulting.
We collaborate with Henning Bang from the University of Oslo on the research project 'effective leadership groups' and the development of 'LVI public' - a test tool for profiling versatile leadership in the public sector.
We have an exciting collaboration with Professor Bent Flyvbjerg from Said Business School on leadership development for top management talent in the Danish state.
