Learning together
Primary and lower secondary schools are currently undergoing radical changes and are facing demands and expectations from both politicians and society at large that challenge the usual ways of working. This development calls for a clarification of how the many actors in and around the school interact - and how the actors are mutually dependent on each other in order to create the best results. Part of this clarification is to clarify the specific competencies, roles and responsibilities of each level of management around the school.
